QA/QC Lead (Mechanical or Electrical)
LSP Renewables have an immediate opening for a site-based QA/QC Lead to oversee quality management for a major infrastructure project. This role focuses on implementing quality assurance programs, monitoring field performance, and ensuring all project phases meet required technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Quality Audits: Plan and execute field inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with project specifications.

Program Implementation: Roll out and maintain the project’s overarching quality management system across all technical disciplines on-site.

Standards Alignment: Ensure all site personnel and external vendors understand and strictly adhere to established quality policies.

Documentation & Planning: Author project-specific quality execution plans and maintain accurate inspection records.

Vendor Compliance: Evaluate and monitor subcontractor quality programs to ensure they meet delivery standards.

Interface Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders to resolve quality deviations and technical queries.

Site Support: Provide guidance to field teams to improve execution and mitigate quality risks.
Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of quality management experience on large-scale, complex construction or industrial projects.

Education: Technical degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent discipline.

Systems: Proficiency with standard digital field management and quality tracking software.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage site teams, coordinate schedules, and allocate resources effectively.

Approach: Process-oriented professional with an analytical approach to quality management systems.
