The Role
We are seeking a Manager to join the Transaction Advisory team, focusing on transaction delivery and project management across complex infrastructure and PPP engagements.
This role sits within a collaborative, international team environment and involves supporting the execution of advisory mandates from early-stage development through to financial close. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and clients, contributing to high-impact projects across multiple sectors and geographies.
Role & Responsibilities
Transaction Delivery & Project Management
- Deliver high-quality outputs under the guidance of the team lead, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
- Coordinate with transaction teams to support on-the-ground project development
- Engage with client teams and stakeholders including off-takers, lenders, and advisors
- Develop understanding of commercial and contractual structures, particularly within project finance frameworks
- Analyse financial models, key drivers, and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Ensure alignment with project documentation, accounting standards, and taxation principles
- Support the design and development of client solutions through structured analysis
- Prepare reports, information memoranda, presentations, and other key deliverables
Client Interaction
- Engage with client teams to understand requirements and objectives
- Respond to evolving client needs and priorities under guidance from senior team members
- Support the development of tailored solutions aligned with client objectives
Business Development
- Support proposal development and responses for potential client engagements
- Conduct research across sectors, geographies, and competitive landscapes
- Analyse data and prepare reports to identify and support business development opportunities
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance from a leading institution
- CFA Level III (or progress towards) is advantageous
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with international banks, developers, investors, funds, or advisory firms preferred
- Background in infrastructure or project finance is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
- Understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) structures
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Fluency in French and English is Essential
