Our client is seeking an Civil supervisor, within the Transmission and Renewables team in Wales and South West England.

Key Responsibilities:
As a hands-on Site Supervisor, you will support the Site Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, adherence to schedules, and maintaining high standards. Your role will involve:
- Leading the site crew to ensure smooth and safe operations
- Ensuring all team members understand their tasks and execute them correctly
- Maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines
- Acting as the liaison between the team and site management
- Identifying training needs and fostering team development
- Prioritising safety, health, and environmental considerations
- Managing progress, tools, and materials efficiently
- Conducting site inductions and daily checks
- Continuously seeking smarter, more efficient ways to complete tasks
What You'll Bring:
- SSSTS Site Supervisor certification
- NVQ Level 3+ in Civil Engineering
- National Grid Competent Person status
- Holds CSCS/CPCS/ECITB Safety Card
- First Aid at Work qualification
- Additional qualifications such as Lift Supervisor, Temp Works, or HSG47 are advantageous
- Over 5 years of experience in Electricity Transmission/Distribution
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to read and update technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
