As a 66kV SAP, you will ensure compliance with Operational Safety Rules, oversee high voltage switching activities, and support cross-boundary troubleshooting. Certifications Required:
- Previous SAP Authorisation at 33kV or above
- Full GWO Certification (Advanced Rescue, Enhanced First Aid, Working at Height, Manual Handling, Sea Survival, Fire Awareness, OGUK Medical)
- IOSH Managing Safely

Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience working on offshore wind farms
- In-depth knowledge of HV Safe Systems of Work and HV Maintenance Practices
- Proficiency in communication, including Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint
- Experience with Siemens 8VM1 Switchgear (desirable)

Scope of Works:
- Adhere to Health and Safety requirements, maintaining high standards.
- Achieve and maintain Operational Safety Rules 66kV SAP2 Authorisation.
- Ensure all work on or adjacent to the 66kV HV system complies with Operational Safety Rules, Management Instructions, and Location Instructions. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing switching schedules
- Issuing and cancelling Safety Documents
- Performing High Voltage and Low Voltage switching, isolation, and earthing
- Operating, maintaining, and fault-finding Siemens 8VM1 switchgear
- Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Supporting the planning and execution of O&M HV activities to ensure minimal downtime and risk
- Conducting basic protection testing on HV equipment
- Reacting to outages and HV faults
- Interfacing with OEMs, subcontractors, and control room teams
