About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of the technical and financial performance of our offshore windfarm. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders — including regulators, offtakers, lenders and landowners — and will lead the delivery of all non-operational asset management services.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of a significant renewable energy asset, requiring a strong health and safety mindset, commercial acumen, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Asset Management & Commercial
  • Lead day-to-day delivery of Asset Management Agreement (AMA) services, covering commercial availability, offtake and finance management, property, regulatory compliance, insurance and grid connection.
  • Ensure contractual compliance across all commercial agreements and Relevant Documents defined under the AMA.
  • Manage risk for the wind farm, feeding into board-level and enterprise risk management processes.
  • Prepare and manage internal/external forecasts, budgets, financial and operational variance reports, and ad hoc reporting.
Stakeholder & Investor Relations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for investors, regulators, lenders, offtakers, landowners and OEMs.
  • Lead investor satisfaction surveys, board reporting and investment manager meetings in collaboration with the General Manager and Management Team.
  • Facilitate site visits, audits and the delivery of required service levels under the AMA.
Performance & Operations
  • Work closely with the O&M team to monitor, challenge and optimise operational performance and KPIs.
  • Provide strategic leadership by translating asset goals into clear actions with measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements across all phases of the asset lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the transition from construction to commercial operations from an asset management perspective.
Governance & Reporting
  • Produce accurate and timely management reporting aligned with investor and portfolio requirements.
  • Monitor and review the quality of services delivered on behalf of investors, escalating issues as required.
  • Support the wider offshore portfolio with consistent, high-quality asset management practice.

About You
Experience & Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in the energy sector, with at least 5 years in asset management for projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Offshore wind experience strongly preferred.
  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven background in risk and asset management within power generation or a comparable industry.
  • Contract ownership experience, including warranty claims and working across commercial and technical teams.
  • Strong budget management and financial reporting skills.
  • Understanding of energy markets, policy, regulation and renewable generation applications.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001 and 55001.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent communicator — confident presenting to executives and managing senior stakeholders.
  • High numeracy with data analytics capability and strong budget/cost control skills.
  • Engineering background with knowledge of Wind Turbine Generators and Electrical Balance of Plant.
  • Highly organised with the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional activities.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with peers, management and third parties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Enterprise Asset Management software is a plus.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and committed to a 'can do' approach.

Our Values
Together • Open • Passion • Growth • Resolve
We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels able to bring their whole self to work. Our mission is to lead the way in the delivery and operation of renewable technologies, accelerating a net zero future where clean energy powers our lives.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds. If you require any adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.
