HSE Manager

Leads HSSE strategy and execution across offshore wind project activities, ensuring safe delivery through strong governance, contractor oversight, and alignment with regulatory and corporate standards. Acts as a key advisor to project leadership on risk, compliance, and HSSE performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HSSE leadership across offshore and construction activities, managing high-risk operations and marine interfaces

• Oversee contractor HSSE performance, including tender evaluation, onboarding, and execution monitoring

• Review and challenge HSSE plans, risk assessments, and control measures

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, safety, or related field; relevant HSSE certifications (e.g., ISO 45001/14001 auditor)

• 10+ years of HSSE experience in offshore wind, oil & gas, marine, or other high-risk industries

• Strong track record in contractor management across procurement and execution phases

• Solid knowledge of HSSE regulations and frameworks (e.g., K-OSHA, SAPA, IOGP, G+)

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive HSSE culture in complex, multicultural project environments
