With an expanding pipeline of transactions and a reputation for quality execution, they are now hiring across multiple levels - Analyst to VP – to be based in Paris and/or Amsterdam.

Depending on experience level, you will be expected to support or lead on:
- End-to-end transaction processes (acquisitions, divestments, project financings)
- Financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring
- Stakeholder and client management
- Internal team development and mentoring (Associate and VP levels)

- Transaction Execution: Support or lead execution of both M&A and debt transactions in the renewable energy sector, including buy-side/sell-side mandates and greenfield project financings.
- Financial Modeling: Build, review, or oversee complex financial models, ensuring alignment with transaction strategy and investor/lender expectations.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate technical, legal, and financial due diligence processes, identifying risks and communicating key findings internally and to clients.
- Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and calls; more senior team members will lead communications and act as trusted advisors.
- Structuring: Support the development of capital structures (equity, debt, mezzanine, etc.) that align with project economics and stakeholder interests.
- Documentation: Assist in or lead the preparation and review of key documents, including investment memoranda, pitch materials, term sheets, and legal agreements.
- Internal Collaboration: Contribute to internal process development and knowledge sharing; VP-level hires will also mentor junior colleagues and contribute to strategic growth.
- 1–8 years’ experience in investment banking, advisory, project finance, or infrastructure private equity
- Strong exposure to both M&A and debt transactions
- Experience in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or energy transition sectors
- Excellent technical and analytical skills, with strong Excel/financial modeling capabilities
- High level of attention to detail, ownership mentality, and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; fluency in French or Dutch is a plus
