Our client is seeking a Market Access & Settlements Manager to join a dynamic team in the UK's thriving renewable energy industry. This role offers the chance to lead market entry, registration, and operational readiness of ICOL in the UK electricity market, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimising revenue from Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Contracts for Difference (CfDs).

Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of UK electricity market arrangements.
- Experience in market registration, grid integration, or commercial operations.
- Proven track record in managing long-term PPAs and CfD operational compliance.
- Commercial acumen in optimising revenue streams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of metering compliance and market data flows.
- Project management expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, energy policy, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in offshore wind or renewable energy.
- Strong understanding of UK energy markets.
- Proven track record with utilities, corporate offtakers, or government entities.
- Familiarity with local supply chain development.
