Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with companies across Infrastructure, Renewable Power & Utilities, and digital infrastructure, evaluating, structuring, and recommending financial alternatives.
- Engage in a variety of financing transactions including mergers, acquisitions, debt raises, refinancing, asset sales, restructurings, and divestitures.
- Lead day-to-day transaction execution, including due diligence, credit analysis, and contract negotiations.
- Develop quantitative models to assess financing options and drive recommendations.
- Prepare written analyses and evaluations for internal and client review.
- Aid in the production of focused pitch materials and participate in client meetings and due diligence sessions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-4 years of investment banking experience.
- Extensive experience in debt infrastructure/infrastructure financing.
- Strong background in finance, accounting, and legal documentation.
- Proven ability to structure and execute investment grade, leveraged, and distressed financings.
