Key Responsibilities:
- Daily account booking and bank reconciliation.
- Invoice issuance.
- Tax invoice checking received from other company.
- VAT monthly report.
- Year-end closing.
- Tax Declaration such as Corporate income tax, Tax for dividend and VAT.
- Get information of Tax ruling concerned with Project.
- Coordinate & clarify to Auditing Team for Annual Financial Auditing.
- Control and payment for Personal Income Tax and Social Security.
- Performs any other tasks as requested or delegated by ACM.
- Deal with audit(s)
- Have experiences in salary calculation(Including foreign employee)
- Have experiences in personal income tax declaration(Including foreign employee)
- Have experience on using accounting system
- Have experience to declare VAT filing
- Fair English language skill, Japanese is plus
