With a considerate approach, Henri feels the experience the candidate is left with after working with LSP is most valued.

 Working within the Engineering Division, his role involves delivery across areas such as Geoscience (technical/physical), Yield/Wind Analysis, Grid/OSS, SCADA, Mechanical, Cables, Civil’s, Electrical/Transmission, Foundations/Structures, O&M, as well as Senior Management and ‘Head of’ level opportunities.

Henri is involved in all areas renewables including Offshore/Onshore Wind, Solar, and Hydrogen. Balancing his previous experience in recruitment, and his journey with LSP Renewables so far, Henri shares our goal of growing the renewable energy sector and shaping a net zero future.

Our client is seeking an HV Transmission Project Manager. Our client is looking for a Senior Authorised Person - 66kV to join their team on an Offshore Wind project. Key Responsibilities:Fulfil the following roles in accordance with the Operational Safety Rules on the WFO systems up to 66kVParticipate in all provided training and authorisation processes to achieve and maintain required authorisations, as stated above, for the Offshore Wind Farm.Provide coordination and Safety Rules technical support for the projectResponsible for ensuring that adequate precautions are taken to achieve Safety From the System and ensuring al l required documentation is prepared and issued prior to all work commencing.Assess each job on a task by task basis. Identifying all necessary precautions as required. Carryout onsite supervision of Persons and third party contractors whilst ensuring the use of correct PPE, equipment and working practices throughout.Prepare/review Method Statements and Risk Assessments for work on site.Support where required, the Location/Responsible Manager in the development and production of all required Local Management Instructions.Support where required, the Responsible Manager coordinating the necessary documentation and control procedures associated with Operational Safety Rules.
