Working within the Engineering Division, his role involves delivery across areas such as Geoscience (technical/physical), Yield/Wind Analysis, Grid/OSS, SCADA, Mechanical, Cables, Civil’s, Electrical/Transmission, Foundations/Structures, O&M, as well as Senior Management and ‘Head of’ level opportunities.

Henri is involved in all areas renewables including Offshore/Onshore Wind, Solar, and Hydrogen. Balancing his previous experience in recruitment, and his journey with LSP Renewables so far, Henri shares our goal of growing the renewable energy sector and shaping a net zero future.

Logistics Engineer - Senior

London - United Kingdom

The Senior Logistics Engineer will support the development and coordination of logistic and installation concepts according to schedule during planning and construction until operation. This includes the collection of requirements, definition of scope, planning of time schedule and cost estimation. The Senior Logistics Engineer may have involvement in all transport and installation packages as resource requirements require, but as the project develops they are expected to predominately concentrate on one specific package. Significant experience in foundation installation and / or WTG installation is required, but some awareness and experience of cable installation activities will be seen as beneficial. Initially in the project they will support a Development Logistics Manager, and post bid will support the relevant Installation Package Manager(s). Functionally they will report to the project Engineering Manager. Depending on requirements and skills they may be asked to undertake the package management of certain parts of installation scope, under the direction of an overall package manager. The immediate role will be seconded to a large UK project within our clients portfolio. The project is currently in early phases of design. The role will be based in London. Key Accountabilities Discipline Inputs Support the technical definition, evaluation, planning, reporting and interfacing of the transport and installation activities. Including load in/out operations at manufacturers/marshalling port(s), transportation and installation of components, including handover(s), all in compliance with industry and company standards, and Health, Safety and Environment regulations and guidelines. Installation Engineering - Confirming method statements, risk assessments, lift plans, deck layouts, safety procedures, permits to work and related documents for all loading, transportation and offshore work is in place and accepted by the package Team. Responsible for running small value consultancy contracts during the planning phase. HSE and Quality Assurance Work to ensure HSE performance through design and implementation to eliminate or reduce risks during construction, operation and maintenance. Support evaluation of potential ports as port for storage and load out of components as required. Prepare and execute relevant documents for the Invitation to Tender for the installation scopes (including technical specifications) and support their technical evaluation. Support negotiation of final contracts. Risk And Change Control Support Contract manager in the preparation of variation orders and claims. Follow up on the preparation for execution activities and required interfaces and support on technical aspects of the transportation and installation. Review method statements and risk assessments and produce comments sheets. Perform or oversee engineering calculations Advise on the contract technical requirements, Assist the Engineering Manager with tasks associated with ensuring a safe design, potentially with provision of inputs for risk and programme reviews Reporting Ensure that all T&I discipline related interfaces are properly coordinated, integrated, and managed accordingly to project deliverables. Schedule and lead regular discipline meetings with project packages, contractors, and stakeholders to promptly identify and resolve interface issues Communicate interface risk to the Engineering and Package Managers and other relevant project stakeholders Update line management related to project progress and interface risks. Compliance With Information Security Policies, Procedures And Requirements Adhere to any applicable information security policies and procedures and identify and report security incidents and suspected weaknesses to the appropriate point(s) of contact. Protect assets under care (e.g. laptops and other devices) and information/credentials against unauthorized access, sharing, and/or damage/loss, in accordance with the Information Classification and Handling Procedure. Clear desks of all sensitive material and log off/ lock workstations at the end of the day and when leaving desk for a prolonged period in accordance with Acceptable Usage Policies. Ensure not installing, copying or modifying of any software on equipment without authorization. Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) This includes participating (when requested) in QHSE audits, office inductions, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as applicable Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Preferred Qualifications: BS Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) is mandatory. Preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the offshore wind industry; Engineering background with strong knowledge of offshore installation activities and a focus on vessel charter and vessel management Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; Working in multi-cultural and multi-discipline teams. Job-Specific Skills Familiar with marine simulation software & AutoCAD Experience of engaging and working alongside of external consultants; Good team player with ability to work in a project office environment; Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications; Experience with Information Management and BIM systems (desirable); Reliable, flexible with good to detail; Work well both autonomously and within a team; Logical and well organized with ability to prioritise; Able to manage workload by understanding requirements, deadlines; Able to work under pressure

Project Manager (WTG) - Senior

Our client is looking for an experience Senior WTG Project Manager to join their team in Hamburg. This role will be have frequent travel to manufacturing sites, China, and offshore locations for audits and inspections. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Accountable for developing comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources) incorporating global best practices and local regulations. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, HSE, quality) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, local authorities) to ensure seamless execution. Continuously monitor and report on project progress, making data-driven adjustments to stay on track. Safety Management The Project Manager shall be responsible for driving a safety focused culture in delivery of the project It is expected that the project manager shall treat safe delivery of the project as an overriding goal and be unflinching in placing suitable focus on this area. Compliance with applicable local and international guidelines, legislation, and best practice shall be driven by the Project Manager with support from the HSE team Stakeholder & Relationship Management Serve as the primary liaison between the German branch and the parent company engineering team for an individual project, building strong collaborative relationships to leverage corporate expertise. Cultivate trust-based relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, managing expectations and resolving issues proactively. Navigate cross-cultural differences with sensitivity, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding. System Adaptation & Implementation Evaluate existing project management frameworks from the parent company, identifying which elements can be rolled out directly, which need adaptation, and where new processes are necessary. Champion the adoption of project management tools and systems, ensuring local teams are trained and supported. Risk & Compliance Management Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with EU regulations (including environmental, health, and safety standards). Maintain alignment with corporate governance requirements while adapting to local market conditions. Collaborate closely with HSE and Quality teams to integrate risk management into project plans. Budget & Cost Control Accountable for development and management of project budgets, monitoring expenditures to avoid overruns. Oil & Gas experience accepted 3+ years minimum of experience in Offshore Wind Frontline HSE experience (e.g. as a representative offshore, construction project management experience) highly desirable. Experience with HSE reviews, incident investigations, and HAZIDs/HIRA’s is expected. Working knowledge of CDM legislation is required. Demonstrated success in adapting global systems and processes to meet regional requirements. Proven track record of working in cross-cultural or international environments. Technical Skills Proficiency with project management software and systems Solid understanding of contractual obligations, risk management, and financial controls in large-scale projects.
