Cameron Mendez joins LSP Renewables in 2025 as an Associate Consultant in our Site team, bringing with him a unique blend of hands-on trade experience and recruitment expertise.
Cameron began his career as an electrician before making the move into recruitment. He has since worked as a Delivery Consultant, recruiting primarily for white-collar construction roles in both the US and UK. His practical industry knowledge, combined with a passion for renewables and energy, gives him a well-rounded perspective that adds value to both candidates and clients.
Alongside his professional career, Cameron has been running a successful charity initiative, Christmas Mission, since 2023. His commitment to making a positive impact on people’s lives aligns perfectly with the values of LSP Renewables.
At LSP, Cameron will be supporting our Engineering team across permanent and contract recruitment, helping to connect skilled professionals with opportunities that are driving the transition to clean energy.
