Our client is looking for an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator whose role is crucial in maintaining the safety, effectiveness, and adherence to regulations of Temporary Works (TW) in Transmission projects. This position upholds high safety and quality standards, which are vital for the success of various projects. Primary Duties

• Oversee the application of Temporary Works (TW) procedures in Transmission projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry guidelines.
• Perform thorough risk evaluations of TW activities and develop strategies to prevent potential hazards.
• Manage and conduct inspections and audits of TW setups, ensuring compliance with quality standards and design requirements.
• Offer specialized technical support on TW matters to project teams, aiding in the efficient planning and execution of TW operations.
• Interpret survey data and related information, derive insights, and recommend process improvements and optimizations.
• Keep informed about new processes, procedures, and industry trends, continually enhancing knowledge and expertise in the field.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in designing, executing, and managing Temporary Works procedures.
• Proven skills in conducting risk assessments tied to Temporary Works.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate technical information.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities to tackle challenges.
• Capacity to manage conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in Temporary Works Energy – Transmission, though not mandatory.
