Our client is recruiting for a Team Coordinator Site Manager to lead and support its UK based site teams.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple sites, providing coaching and support to site teams, acting as the key link between site teams and the Site Management Team Leader.
The role is focused on maintaining consistency in delivery, ensuring adherence to company standards, quality requirements, supporting both team performance and project success.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple sites, providing coaching and support to site teams, acting as the key link between site teams and the Site Management Team Leader.
The role is focused on maintaining consistency in delivery, ensuring adherence to company standards, quality requirements, supporting both team performance and project success.
Responsibilities
- Act as line manager for site team members, supporting their performance and development.
- Conduct onboarding, performance reviews and regular one-to-one check-ins.
- Provide coaching and feedback based on site visits and project outcomes.
- Visit active sites regularly to monitor quality and execution standards.
- Ensure the consistent implementation of company processes across all sites.
- Lead lessons-learned sessions and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor the resolution of site issues and escalate where necessary.
- Participate in internal audits, HSE reviews and certification processes.
- Review site reports, key metrics and compliance documentation.
- Manage approvals for invoices, travel expenses and related financial documentation.
- NVQ Level 6 or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in leadership or coordination roles within utility-scale solar or large infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, workflows and HSE standards.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
- Valid SMSTS certification.
- Black CSCS or Black ECS card, depending on discipline.
- First Aid certification.
- Valid UK driving licence.
