Site Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Site Supervisor to supervise subcontractors on active utility-scale solar PV construction sites, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently within project specifications, quality standards, programme requirements and UK compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on utility scale solar PV projects.
• Review technical drawings, subcontractor scopes and project documentation.
• Support site mobilisation, preparation and operational coordination.
• Oversee subcontractors and site supervisors to ensure compliance with design requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the HSE Manager to maintain a safe working environment in accordance with CDM and UK regulations.
• Monitor and verify material deliveries for quality, quantity and alignment with contract requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and record quality outcomes using digital tools.
• Keep accurate daily site records and contribute to project progress reporting.
• Liaise regularly with site managers, project managers, subcontractors and other key stakeholders.

About You

• Experience in solar construction projects within the UK market.
• Educational or professional background in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• CSCS Gold Card or ECS Gold Card.
• SSSTS certification.
• First Aid Certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
• Confident using digital tools and reporting systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across the country.
