Site Manager - PV

Our client is looking for an Italian-Speaking Site Manager - PV to support the delivery of renewable energy projects across Italy. The successful candidate will initially oversee an upcoming project in the Milan–Turin area, with further PV and BESS projects expected as the company's Italian pipeline develops.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities across electrical and civil works.
• Coordinate EPCs, contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
• Liaise with Italian authorities, investors and project partners.
• Take responsibility for the project's electrical requirements and relevant regulatory compliance.
• Support commissioning and handover activities where required.

About You

• 3–5+ years' experience in site management within PV, BESS or related renewable energy projects.
• Previous experience working on projects in Italy.
• Fluent Italian – essential.
• Relevant Italian electrical qualification/registration.
• Strong understanding of Italian site, electrical and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders independently.
• Willingness to work predominantly on site in Northern Italy.
