Our client is seeking a Site Manager to oversee photovoltaic (PV) projects in the Czech Republic. This role is pivotal in driving the success of solar energy initiatives, contributing to a sustainable future. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of PV project sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Manage site logistics, including the scheduling of materials and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale PV or renewable energy projects.
• Professional certifications in project management or renewable energy are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site management role.
• Fluency in Czech and English is essential.
