Resource Manager

Our client is looking for a Resource Manager to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard skilled professionals across the Onshore and Offshore Wind industries.
• Manage the allocation and deployment of personnel to client projects, ensuring resource requirements are met.
• Coordinate mobilisation activities, including travel, accommodation, site access, and inductions where required.
• Ensure all contractor and employee compliance documentation is valid, up to date, and aligned with client and industry requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to field-based colleagues throughout their assignments.
• Monitor workforce availability, utilisation, and project demands to proactively manage resource requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems and compliance databases.
• Support project delivery teams by identifying talent availability and mitigating resource gaps.
• Promote high levels of engagement, retention, and contractor satisfaction.

About You

• Experience within recruitment, resource management, workforce planning, or contractor mobilisation.
• Knowledge of the Onshore and/or Offshore Wind industry would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and workforce administration.
