Site Manager

Our client is looking for a Site Manager to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Nürnberg.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site supervision and management of onshore wind farm projects.
• Ensure quality control of civil, electrical, and wind turbine generator (WTG) works.
• Conduct documentation review and reporting.
• Manage site activities, with a planned presence of one day per week, plus travel as required.
• Adapt to intensive periods on site, which may require more frequent visits.
• Collaborate on potential opportunities in nearby projects.

About You

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in site supervision and management of onshore wind farm projects.
• Recent experience (within the last 3 years) in onshore wind projects is required.
• Experience in repowering and managing projects in complex locations, such as forests or hilly terrain, is preferred.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel, with a maximum travel time of three hours one way from Nürnberg.
