Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the project team and delivery partners to assess acceleration opportunities across the delivery phase, in areas such as modularisation, offsite construction, digital substation technologies, and standardised commissioning approaches.
• Produce robust impact assessments to quantify programme, cost, and delivery benefits.
• Support the implementation of agreed opportunities into the Works Information and Programme.
• Capture and develop best practice from implementation for wider adoption across the portfolio.
• Identify and evaluate further opportunities to enhance delivery performance.
• Deliver in line with project values: safety, programme certainty, quality, cost performance, and collaborative working.

About You

• Strong experience in engineering and construction, including delivery, planning, and resourcing of major infrastructure projects.
• A professional qualification in Engineering or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
• Experience operating under NEC3 contracts and implementing change.
• Proven capability in complex programme development and management.
• Familiarity with core AC transmission substation systems and delivery.
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
