Services Sales Engineer Power Distribution

Our client is looking for a Services Sales Engineer Power Distribution to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project. This role can be based in Warsaw, Gdansk, or anywhere in Poland, and offers a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Power Distribution Service business.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing accounts.
• Identify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and close opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to define growth areas.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and effective CRM pipeline management.
• Collaborate with various teams to achieve common goals.
• Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and represent the company at industry events (minimum 50% travel).

About You

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years of sales or commercial experience with the ability to identify opportunities and support service sales.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for medium- and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to work independently on-site and manage customer interactions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in Polish.
