Procurement Analyst

Our client is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance management activities for various categories, including Construction Services, Operation and Maintenance (O&M), Consenting, and other ad-hoc project requirements.
• Work with key stakeholders to understand upcoming demand for 2027.
• Provide support to main package teams as required.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and processes, including Purchase-to-Pay requirements.

About You

• Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Sourcing and contract management experience, preferably within the offshore energy industry.
• Experience in procurement processes, systems, and governance.
• Experience in reporting and performance management activities.
• Flexible and adaptable in the face of change and unforeseen circumstances.
• High level of discretion, empathy, and confidentiality.
• A team player with the ambition to contribute to a high-performing, growing international company.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in communication and event planning is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
