Legal Corporate Secretary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support the Legal function across both local and regional operations. This role combines company secretarial responsibilities, legal administration, and project coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad corporate legal career within an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Company Secretarial (CoSec) activities, including corporate governance, statutory filings, board and shareholder documentation, and maintenance of corporate records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Support legal work related to a major infrastructure project, including documentation, contract administration, and coordination with project teams.
• Provide legal administrative support to the regional Legal Department, including:
  • Document management and filing
  • Contract administration
  • Legal database maintenance
  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings
  • Preparation of reports and presentation materials
• Assist with legal research, document preparation, and internal compliance initiatives.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with business, finance, and external legal advisors as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Company Secretarial, corporate governance, legal administration, or a similar corporate legal support role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
