HSE Project Coordinator

Our client is looking for an HSE Project Coordinator to ensure operations comply with UK legislation and company policies, while helping to drive a strong safety culture across employees and subcontractors on utility-scale solar PV projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, codes of practice and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments across regional utility-scale solar construction sites.
• Ensure site teams and subcontractors adhere to company HSE policies and statutory requirements.
• Support investigations into incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, ensuring root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Support initiatives to minimise environmental impact and promote sustainability.

About You

• Several years of HSE experience within utility-scale solar projects.
• Experience with incident management, site inspections and HSE reporting.
• Strong understanding of site-based HSE / CDM management in the UK.
• Strong understanding of HSE policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
