Our client is looking for an HSE Advisor OSS Package to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Poland. This role is available on a contract basis, with one position for 12 months and another for 6 months, both with the potential for extension depending on project needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and provide expert knowledge and guidance on safe work practices, safety standards, and legal regulations.
  • Support the identification and elimination of potential hazards, ensuring control measures are in place.
  • Drive a positive HSE culture through leading by example and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate safety meetings, Toolbox Talks, and inspections, and participate in HAZID/HAZOP workshops.
  • Review HSE documentation, Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Monitor and assess internal/external HSE compliance and performance.
  • Coordinate safety inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
  • Participate in audits and follow up on findings from HSE-related audits and inspections.
  • Provide ad hoc advice on HSE matters in daily work.
  • Ensure the validity of safety/training certificates as required.


About You

  • Professional level English language skills.
  • Relevant academic or technical background.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HSE, preferably in onshore renewables or offshore windfarm construction.
  • Experience in the commissioning of offshore sub-stations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Synergi as an advantage.
  • Completed NEBOSH qualification (minimum level 3) or similar recognized HSE qualification.
  • Current clean European driver’s license and full GWO qualifications.
  • HUET Incl. CA-EBS and Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) medical examination or equivalent.
  • Polish medical and OHS training.
