HSE Advisor CON Package

Our client is looking for a HSE Advisor CON Package to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and provide expert guidance on safe work practices, safety standards, and legal regulations to managers, supervisors, employees, and contractors.
• Identify and eliminate potential hazards while ensuring control measures are in place.
• Drive a positive HSE culture through leading by example and engaging with stakeholders.
• Facilitate safety meetings, Toolbox Talks, briefings, and inspections.
• Review HSE documentation, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Monitor and assess internal/external HSE compliance and performance.
• Coordinate safety inspections, incident investigations, and report findings.
• Participate in audits and follow up on findings from HSE-related audits and inspections.
• Provide ad hoc advice on HSE matters in daily work.
• Ensure the validity of safety/training certificates and maintain competence levels required for the role.

About You

• Professional level English language skills.
• Relevant academic or technical background.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HSE, preferably in onshore renewables or offshore wind farm construction.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Synergi being an advantage.
• Completed NEBOSH qualification (minimum level 3) or similar recognised HSE qualification.
• Current clean European driver’s license.
• Full GWO qualifications and fitness to work (Chester Step).
• HUET Incl. CA-EBS certification.
• Polish medical and OHS training.
