Overview
We are working with a leading global energy and industrial platform undergoing rapid international expansion. They are seeking a high-calibre individual to join their Global Strategy team, operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and platform build-out across multiple regions.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in international growth initiatives, spanning market entry, localisation, and cross-border industrial development.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver strategic initiatives from concept through to execution across international markets
  • Drive market entry strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and other global regions
  • Support localisation of manufacturing and supply chains in new geographies
  • Develop and execute value chain partnerships and joint ventures
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver complex projects
  • Translate high-level strategy into practical, deliverable action plans
  • Take ownership of projects, managing ambiguity and driving outcomes independently

Candidate Profile
  • Proven ability to own and deliver complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end
  • Strong combination of strategic thinking and execution capability
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Energy / renewables / infrastructure
    • Strategy consulting (with implementation exposure)
    • Investment / principal investing
    • Government or policy delivery roles
  • Track record of delivering tangible outcomes, not just advisory work
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, international, and cross-cultural environments
  • Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and accountable

Key Skills & Experience
  • Experience in market entry, platform build, or international expansion
  • Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure value chains
  • Strong stakeholder management across corporate, investor, and government environments
  • Ability to structure problems and independently drive execution
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

Language Requirements
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English (essential)
