Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit

Our client is looking for a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the organisation.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 quality management systems across the company.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters.
• Collaborate with various teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Occasional travel outside of Hamburg, approximately once a week, and a few days within Hamburg.

About You

• Experience in a similar role with a strong background in safety management.
• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Leadership experience is advantageous, with the ability to assertively manage safety practices.
• Familiarity with working alongside artificial intelligence tools is a plus.
• Willingness to start promptly.
