Projekt-Koordinator TGA (m/w/d), Auftraggeberseite

Our client is looking for a Projekt-Koordinator TGA (m/w/d) to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Brunsbüttel.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of TGA planning, including necessary coordination and control of the relevant trades.
• Conducting TGA suitability assessments for the provided façade and evaluating the installability of safety technology.
• Coordination of interfaces between the building envelope, TGA, fire protection, and finishing works.
• Technical evaluation of manufacturer specifications and approvals of planning documents.
• On-site support during execution and clarification of technical questions with planners, trades, and the EPC joint venture.
• Reporting to project management and documentation of deviations and open issues.

About You

• Completed degree in supply engineering, building technology, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in TGA and building technology in construction, both in planning and execution.
• Solid knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience in coordinating interfaces on the client side, ideally in industrial or infrastructure construction.
• Fluent in German, with English proficiency at B2 level.
