This is a hands-on role requiring a contractor who can hit the ground running, take immediate ownership of daily site operations, and ensure project milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site & Productivity Management: Manage day-to-day site operations, driving productivity to ensure weekly and daily work targets are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Resource & Logistics Planning: Maintain constant communication with site personnel to ensure all necessary access, technical information, and materials are readily available for seamless execution.

  • Programme Delivery: Partner with the Project Manager to plan, develop, and enforce the construction programme, proactively managing risks to the schedule.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact, keeping stakeholders fully updated on progress, costs, and project variations.

  • HSEQ Excellence: Enforce rigorous safety and quality standards on site, liaising directly with Quality Control and Safety departments to ensure full compliance.

  • Leadership: Exceptional organizational, delegation, and supervisory skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and specialist subcontractors.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effective collaboration across all levels of a project.
