Cable Client Reps

Our client is looking for Cable Client Representatives to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate record of all installation activities on a daily basis throughout the execution phase.
• Ensure that all relevant approved procedures and risk assessments are followed by the contractor.
• Ensure the contractor proactively manages safety and quality.
• Act, behave, and lead by example according to the client's values.
• Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR) as required.
• Ensure the DPRs are signed by all required parties.
• Review and understand RA/MS and QHSE documents as required before execution phase commences and keep updated on changes in the documents.
• Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks, and any other discussions to ensure that the works are being carried out in a safe manner to the required quality.
• Be present as a witness during installation during all defined key activities and as often as practicable, accessing all work areas provided it is safe to do so.
• Participate in safety walks with HSE representatives from the client and contractor organisations.
• Conduct Synergi reporting as supervised by the specific package and project from incidents and from safety walks.
• Conduct visual inspections of the offshore work in progress and monitor that it is carried out as per approved RAMS.

About You

• Possess a Polish occupational health certificate & BHP (Polish OHS certificate).
• Hold GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling.
• Have HUET, STCW 2010, OPITO or BOSIET and EBS (STASS, HEED or EBS) certifications.
• Provide a medical certificate including Chester step.
• Have IOSH Managing Safely or similar HSE training.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience within the specific package area.
• Be IT proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet); familiarity with the client's DPR and Synergi is advantageous.
• Bring your own PC and/or iPhone, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest iOS release and compliant with the client's security protocols.
