Location	Always depends on the site: major project in Hamburg, major project in Berlin, generally rather in the Northern German area, nearby European countries (Netherlands, Denmark, Poland). Focus: Northern Germany
Work arrangement	Min. 4 days on site (Mon–Thu), occasionally Friday or weekend on site as well
Compensation	Guided by the construction industry collective agreement (RTV) - A5 - A8
Urgency	Should ideally already be filled
Language	German C1, or good written and spoken. English: basic knowledge

4. Scope of responsibilities

Focus: Production of HDI columns (Soilcrete) for base sealing, underpinning and ground improvement, nationwide with a focus on central/northern Germany.

• Managing and executing the HDI sites, with on-site work typically Monday to Thursday and mobile work on Friday
• Defining and monitoring the jet grouting parameters (pressure, flow rate, withdrawal and rotation speed) in coordination with the technical management
• Supervising column production with regard to diameter, overlap and verticality
• Managing the cement suspension (W/C ratio, density) and controlling consumption volumes and return flow
• Overseeing suitability and trial columns and evaluating the quality records (e.g. compressive strength of the Soilcrete)
• Ensuring execution quality for base sealing, underpinning and ground improvement
