The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of the INDUSTRY market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK & Ireland region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the INDUSTRY sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Professional certifications in sales or business development are advantageous.
• Senior-level experience with a strong strategic mindset.

• In-depth knowledge of the INDUSTRY market and trends.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Onshore experience with HV or EHV or UHV Cable.
