Procurement & Commercial Manager – Wind Energy

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Procurement & Commercial Manager to join a major offshore wind project, supporting the Lead P&C Manager on a critical turbine supply workstream. You'll lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, targeting a Preferred Supplier Agreement by late summer and full contracts by year-end.

What You'll Be Doing

• Negotiating and drafting commercial terms with OEM and key supply chain partners
• Developing and holding market positions based on deep sector knowledge
• Managing the full contract lifecycle from negotiation through to execution
• Working closely with legal and technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience negotiating with major wind turbine OEMs (e.g. Vestas, Siemens Gamesa)
• Track record of delivering end-to-end commercial negotiations in the energy or infrastructure sector
• Legal or commercial qualification advantageous
• Ability to operate at pace within a complex, high-value programme
