Your expertise will ensure the seamless progression of projects, from initial commencement through to final commissioning and completion. As the principal site contact for the client, your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement Safety documentation, including Construction Phase plans, site quality plans, and Risk Assessments Method Statements.
- Monitor site operatives and subcontractors for Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.
- Identify and address training requirements for site personnel.
- Ensure full compliance with all procedures and current legislation.
- Liaise with clients on-site, including conducting client audits.
- Chair weekly coordination meetings.
- Procure materials and plan/programme current and future works.
- Notify the Construction/Project Manager of possible variations and maintain suitable contemporary records.
- Compile documents and as-built drawings for Handover files.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Completion of the HSG47 2-day course.
- TWS (Temporary Works Supervisor) or Coordinator certification.
- 3-day First Aid certification.
- NSI 8 (Key Holder) qualification.
