Lucy joined LSP Renewables in May 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the subsea industry, where she has worked since July 2017. She joins us as a Consultant and will be based out of our Barrow office. In her role, Lucy will focus on supporting the recruitment and delivery of specialist talent across renewable energy projects, particularly within offshore and subsea sectors.
Her industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and client-focused approach make her a valuable addition to the team.
