As a Quality Engineer Foundations, you will work within the project team to manage the quality requirements towards our contractors in accordance with the Quality Management Framework and contractual Requirements while also collaborating with the line function.

- As a Quality Engineer Foundations, you will work within the project to manage the quality requirements towards our contractors in accordance with the Quality Management Framework and contractual Requirements while also collaborating with the line function.
- The Quality Engineer Foundations will be responsible for a wide range of Quality Management Assurance and Control, including audit, inspection and surveillance planning/implementation activities within the Foundation Package.
Deliverables:
- Evaluated and finalized Quality Plans and ITPs
- QC activities coordination
- Inspection assignments for specific packages
- Quarterly Contractor evaluations
- Progress reports
- Open points documentation
- Inspection results and NCRs
- Completed audit reports and participated in quality meetings.
- Inspection and test results logging
- Quality-related as-built record
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree in engineering (mechanical or structural engineering or in a comparable field or have significant experience.) as well as or have held additional qualifications as a Quality Auditor.
- Previously employed as a Foundations Quality Engineer (Package Quality Manager) by a developer or fabricator. or have significant experience as Lead Inspector and able to step up into this role.
- Hold or have held CSWiP 3.1 or better, NDT Qualification Level 2 (UT, MT, VT RT or DPI) or significant experience.
- Hold or have held NACE, FROSIO or ICORR Level 2 or have significant industry coatings experience.
- Relevant professional experience and expertise in Quality Management Assurance and Control. For the monitoring and management of Contractors as well as expertise in offshore wind farm components in general and in particular Monopiles, Transitions Pieces with Secondary Steel structures and the associated Technical Appurtenances and LV works.
- Extensive knowledge in the application of relevant international project and quality management standards as well as technical regulations and standards such as DNV, NORSOK ISO, EN. DIN and (DNV-OS-C401, NORSOK M501, ISO 5817 ISO 12944 BS ISO 3834, ISO 12944 EN 10204, ISO 1461 and EN1090 etc.)
- Practical experience from the fabrication construction and/or manufacturing industry and good understanding of Foundation Fabricators and Installers and their supply chain.
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of quality requirements and risks in onshore and offshore environment and the associated standards.
- Business fluent in written and spoken English.
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools and systems.
- Motivation to independently and sustainably advance your scope of work with the ability to prioritise keeping an overview at all times across a hectic project business.

- Willingness to travel internationally.
