Form part of the working party to contribute toward the execution of installation of electrical equipment per the employer's method statement.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure works are completed to the time, quality and safety requirements as specified by the client.
Key Qualifications
- Installation of electrical equipment on offshore WTGs per the employer's method statement.
- Installation of the equipment shall be in line with good industry practice and generally per requirements of BS7671:2018 (noting that this is an offshore installation and this standard should be used as a guideline).
- Installers shall be experienced electricians with adequate experience practicing C&G 2391 to ensure that the equipment is installed to a high standard, can pass conformity checks from the Employer, and is subjected to relevant testing as specified in the employers method statements.
- Installers will be required to perform work offshore on WTGs and should be comfortable (and ideally experienced) working in an offshore environment and at height
- Installers will form part of a working party and must be able to understand and obey instructions by the senior member of this party, employed by the employer.
- Installers will follow the employers schedule of works and make the employers representative aware of risks to schedule, quality and safety.
- Installers will complete works to a repeatable high standard.
