This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, where your expertise will directly impact the success of high-stakes projects. You will have the opportunity to optimise logistics and interface management between Service Operation Vessels (SOV) and walk-to-work gangways, ensuring seamless operations. The role promises a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on management, providing a fulfilling and varied work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project engineers, project management, and clients.
  • Organisation: Take charge of organising works, ensuring they align with the method statement and safety protocols.
  • Monitoring: Accurately track project progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Coordination: Assist in site work coordination, optimising processes as needed.
  • Reporting: Collaborate closely with the project manager to report on budget and cost control.

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years in relevant offshore work.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in project management and planning.
  • Safety: Extensive experience in high-safety environments.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to critically assess work processes.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work well in teams, supporting and leading the workforce effectively.

Certification and Language Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • Certifications: VCA VOL or SCC, US Citizen or holder of B1 OCS WIND visa, Full GWO.
  • Language: Fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
