Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of OT Cyber Security requirements.
- Conduct OT Cybersecurity Risk Assessments.
- Track remediations and gather evidence.
- Advise on the implementation of security controls and prioritisation.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure comprehensive understanding of OT Security requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Hands-On OT Security Experience: Practical experience in testing and performing risk assessments of OT Cyber Security requirements.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience with or adjacent to operational technologies.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SCADA, PLC, and Automation Networks.
- Security Frameworks: Strong understanding of IEC 62443 and ISO 27000.
- Legislative Knowledge: Familiarity with legislation related to Critical National Infrastructure.
- Complex Solutions: Experience in implementing complex solutions in challenging environments.
- Team Collaboration: Proven experience working in complex teams.
- Operational Experience: Experience as an end user of solutions in an operational environment.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Understanding of network and systems security, systems and network configuration, and application security.
- Exposure to the Energy Industry, particularly in dealings with national critical infrastructure.
