Global Talent Acquisition Expert (Europe / China)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead global talent acquisition (with a focus on Europe), aligning with overseas business expansion goals and ensuring 100% achievement of hiring targets.

2. Build the overseas recruitment management system from scratch, including benchmarking, talent mapping frameworks, and standardized processes.

3. Organize and participate in local recruitment events and industry exhibitions, and proactively identify high-quality candidates based on talent mapping insights.

4. Personally manage the full-cycle recruitment of senior leadership roles (Director level and above), accurately targeting scarce and passive candidates through deep industry mapping.

5. Ensure cross-cultural recruitment adaptation by addressing cultural differences, EU labor law compliance, and data privacy regulations, while enhancing the candidate experience.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

1. Over 10 years of recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in international hiring, with proven experience delivering overseas hiring at scale independently.

2. Experience in recruitment within new energy (offshore wind / solar PV), shipping & logistics, or heavy equipment manufacturing industries is preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of European (EU) labor laws and regulations, and familiarity with local talent markets and recruitment channels in Europe.

4. Fluent in English as a working language; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Polish, or German are preferred.

5. Overseas study or work experience; willing to work long-term in Europe or already based in Europe.
