As a Commissioning Engineer, you will oversee all commissioning activities, ensuring they are completed on schedule and to the highest standards. You will engage with stakeholders in regular joint commissioning meetings and liaise with the ESO when requiring EON/ION.

Your role will involve working closely with the completions department to ensure a smooth transition from construction to commissioning. You will apply commissioning protection settings to circuits during the commissioning phase and restore them afterwards. Additionally, you will fault find on protection circuits, including the interrogation of relays, and create comprehensive commissioning switching programs and schedules. Weekly reports to management will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Lead Commissioning Engineer.
- Extensive experience working within Transmission substations.
- Previous experience dealing with NG ESO / NGET.
- NG Persons authorisation would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team through the commissioning phase of a project.
