Job Description – Manager TA, Financial & Corporate Advisory (Francophone Markets)
Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Our client is a leading global advisory firm specialising in financial and corporate advisory services. The business has a strong track record of delivering complex, large-scale transactions across infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP) sectors worldwide.
They work in partnership with public and private sector clients, financial institutions, governments, and investors to structure and deliver high-impact projects across multiple industries including energy, transport, water, social infrastructure, and emerging sectors such as green hydrogen.
The Role
The firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its Financial and Corporate Advisory team, based in Casablanca. This role will focus on supporting the delivery of infrastructure and project finance transactions, particularly across Francophone markets.
The successful candidate will play a key role in transaction execution, stakeholder coordination, and client delivery within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Delivery & Project Management
- Support the execution and delivery of financial advisory mandates across infrastructure and PPP transactions
- Coordinate project activities and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Assist in structuring financial solutions aligned with client requirements
- Review and analyse project documentation related to project finance structures
- Prepare and review client deliverables including reports, presentations, and information memoranda
- Support negotiations with stakeholders including clients, lenders, contractors, and advisors
- Review financial models and analyse outputs from scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Support valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis processes
- Provide input on financing structures (debt/equity) to support bankable project outcomes
Client Interaction
- Gather, analyse, and interpret financial and project information
- Support relationships with clients, government entities, lenders, and investors
- Participate in discussions on financing structures and transaction strategies
- Contribute to delivering high-quality advisory outcomes
Team Collaboration
- Work within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams across geographies
- Collaborate closely with senior team members on project delivery
- Support knowledge sharing and team development where appropriate
Business Development
- Support business development activities across Francophone markets
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
- Contribute to identifying new opportunities and client needs
- Participate in client meetings and market engagement activities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years’ relevant experience in financial advisory, project finance, infrastructure advisory, or investment environments
- Experience working with banks, developers, investors, funds, or advisory firms is advantageous
- Strong understanding of project finance and PPP structures
- Ability to review and interpret complex financial and contractual documentation
- Strong financial analysis and modelling review capabilities
- Experience working on infrastructure or energy-related transactions is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in an international, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and French is required
