With continuing growth at LSP Renewables, we are now looking to grow our finance team in the UK with a newly created role for an experienced Accountant for UK, Asia, USA and Germany.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including overseeing current activities as well as developing new initiatives

Duties:

                  Post Prepayments journals

                  Post accruals across different countries

                  Fixed assets register management

                  Maintaining Fixed Assets and run depreciation.

                  Petty Cash reconciliation

                  Support the finance team with weekly and monthly payroll

                  Quarterly VAT submission

                  Payroll journal posting and reconciliation

                  Support with month end task

                  Balance sheet reconciliation and monthly review

                  Support with Annual Group Audit

                  Support an assistant accountant

                  Any other Ad hoc tasks 

 

About you:

                  Part Qual (ACA/ACCA/AAT level 4)

                  Strong IT and systems knowledge

                  Good Excel skills

                  Ability to build relationships and work effectively with both finance and none finance staff

                  Strong analytical skills and problem solving, able to work independently using initiative to follow through & resolve issues.

                  Good organisational and planning skills are essential.

                  Flexible approach with a can do attitude

                  Ideally have experience in the recruitment industry however this is not essential

                  Systems used – InTime / Xero / Bullhorn [ Desirable – not essential]

                  Willing to learn as there is a lot of scope to grow within the team
