Job Purpose: The Senior Commercial Asset Manager is required to develop, lead, and manage a small team of asset managers to deliver on the team objectives. The focus of this role will be Poland, with limited support also for Netherlands. As a Technical Contracting Manager, you will oversee the preparation of technical elements for various contracts related to our Wind, Solar and BESS projects.       Your key Responsibilities and Tasks Prepare technical documentation for tenders (multi-lot for Wind, Solar and BESS projects, electrical and civil Balance of Plant, engineering service contracts). Ensure consistency and apply our common technical standards and requirements to project-specific requirements (permit and grid requirements), coordinating the input of engineering, regional development, and construction teams.
