Establish and maintain standardised processes, templates, and reporting for cost, schedule, and risk management. Build and lead a multidisciplinary team including cost estimators, cost engineers, planners, schedulers, and risk managers. Oversee the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and risk registers from development through execution. Ensure consistent project controls and integration between cost, schedule, and risk data. Develop and maintain standardised Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for all projects.
