This role will act as the primary point of contact for all WTG installation operations, ensuring safety, quality, and procedural compliance throughout the project.   Key Responsibilities: Act as the client’s representative on the installation vessel and main point of contact for all turbine installation activities. Supervise and coordinate daily vessel operations, including turbine installation and crew logistics. Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and procedural requirements. Attend daily coordination meetings and provide regular reports to the onshore project team. Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) documenting vessel activities and installation progress. Identify, report, and assist in resolving technical or construction issues. Perform inspections and record findings in the client’s quality tracking system. Promote and manage safety, reporting all HSE observations and non-conformities. Key Responsibilities: Assist and support the WTG Quality Engineer with portfolio responsibilities in implementing contractual quality requirements. Ensure contractor compliance with the Employer’s quality standards and expectations. Review and assess quality documentation from the supply chain. Plan, coordinate, and execute Quality Control (QC) activities across WTG packages. Manage and oversee the work of Quality Inspectors. Monitor and report on quality performance, inspections, and non-conformities through internal quality systems.
