Our client is seeking an experienced Cable Lay Superintendent to supervise all back-deck operations during offshore submarine cable installation campaigns. This role will lead the offshore cable installation team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all cable handling and laying activities throughout loading, transport, and installation phases.   Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a cable installation team of 10–15 personnel, including foremen and operators. Coordinate daily shift handovers and maintain clear communication across vessel operations, bridge crew, and survey teams. Supervise back-deck operations, ensuring safe operability of the Cable Installation System (CIS), ROVs, cranes, and support equipment. Ensure cable integrity is maintained during loading, laying, and burial processes. Monitor cable installation progress and report activities in daily logs. Liaise with client representatives onboard regarding progress, technical clarifications, and operational adjustments. Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure uninterrupted cable laying performance. Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.   Candidate Profile: 7+ years’ experience in subsea cable installation, including leadership experience in senior technician or supervisory roles. Key Responsibilities: Perform pre-mobilisation of Echoscope setup and survey pole mechanisms in Belgium. Conduct vessel positioning services onboard a multicat during mass flow excavation and rock bag installation campaigns. Operate Echoscope USE software to visualise excavation tools and installed rock bags. Use Qinsy for online navigation, data logging, and line tracking. Perform PLGR work, including manual layback calculations for the pre-lay grapnel train and load cell data reporting. Prepare daily and project reports on survey operations and results. Candidate Profile: Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a surveyor within marine or offshore construction environments. On behalf of our client, a leading investment fund in the renewable energy industry, LSP Renewables are recruiting for an Asset Manager in Madrid to manage the technical and commercial performance of large scale Solar PV assets in in Iberia.    Our client own more than 800MW of Solar PV assets across 3 countries, and more than 50 projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising cash flows and investment value on behalf of our client the their investors.  Key Responsibilities Asset & Commercial Management: Be able to review and comment on plant lay-outs, design and yield calculations. Follow up daily performance of the assets – KPI monitoring and asset optimization of solar assets; Carry out regular site visits to ensure that the asset meets the correct quality, technical specifications and ensure their ongoing compliance with applicable legislations and regulations. Review maintenance plans and completion of works to ensure compliance, to the extent required implement improvements. Oversight of response to non-routine operational issues occurring at sites (material equipment failure etc) with the aim of maximizing production across the portfolio; Incident management and resolution including the closing out all logged incidents (including preventative maintenance).
