Country Manager (Japan)
Our client are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead their their team operations in Japan. This role is pivotal in driving their expansion, overseeing project development, and ensuring regulatory compliance in one of the world’s most exciting renewable energy markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Japan’s energy landscape, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing renewable energy projects. The Role & Responsibilities
Explore and set sales targets according to customer needs and the company's annual sales plan
In charge of implementation of sales plan, periodic (monthly and weekly) adjust and evaluate marketing plans to ensure sales target completion
Maintenance and updates sales data (contract amount and payment) as well as sales ledger management
Develop marketing plans and specific embodiment according to the company's business development strategy and sales business objectives
Responsible for product promotion, promotion of companies and products to enhance the brand
Development to track new markets and new customer in order to achieve the company's goal of increasing market share
Customer grading and Classification including customer profiles, management transaction records for analysis and operation
Establishment customer communication channels; coordinate logistics delivery
Processing customer complaints and visit customers timely increasing customer satisfaction
Collection market information, industry situation, dynamic competitors situation , including product information, sales strategies and price etc…
