Coming from a strong sales background since 2023, Bailey moved into recruitment to take a more relationship-led and consultative approach, helping clients and candidates build long-term success. 

Driven, personable and passionate about people, Bailey brings great energy to the team both inside and outside of work. Away from recruitment, he spends a lot of time focused on fitness and wellbeing.
